I first saw these last year, and then recently on Becky Roberts site, she had done them as gift card holders, I followed her instructions and made one then made a bigger one using an A5 piece of cardstock, you could put a little pouch inside and put a coffee voucher or satchet in. These would make a nice card/gift for the coffee lovers in your life.

February 2012 classes

This will be my first class for the year. Hope you all had a relaxing holiday and are ready to get back into the creative mode.
In this class we will be making 6 cards as shown below. You may choose different images to go into the circles than those shown.
There is 3 children's( unisex suitable for any age) and 3 female cards.
Dates: Wed 15th FEb10am to 12
           Wed 15th FEB7.30 to 9.30pm ( 3 spots left)
            Sat 18th Feb 2 to 4pm
Cost:$15 ( includes all materials and light refreshments)

Thankyou cards for Jan/Feb

Each time I get an order I make a Thankyou card for the customer. This is this month's card, it uses the lovely paper from the New Sale-a-Bration Catalogue which starts today, plus the glitter paper from the Summer mini.

I have been creating

I have been creating, however am still very much in holiday mode. Children don't head back to school for another week and a half..
Today's card is a Case from the US Stampin'Up! magazine, just like the impressions mag that Aussie demo's get, there's is on a larger scale.
The colours i have used are Rich Razzleberry(brights), crumb cake( neutrals) and Very Vanilla, the stamp set used is Creative Elements ( pg 89 of main Catty) this set is so versatile, I use mine often, lovely for cards, invites, girly cards. (butterflies) etc

Male card

Here is a Male card I did for a challenge, it looks so much better in real life, I have used the stamp from the open sea in the new mini, plus the matching paper, I have curled over the top corner like scrolls in the olden days, at the side I have used the Lace ribbon border with red/white bakers twine and an antique brad, overall I am pleased with how it turned out. What do you think?

Card made for a friend's Mum's 80th

This card is cased off a card I was given for my 40th, I just loved it, Quick and effective. It is safe to post now as I know the lovely lady has recieved it.  Hope you like it too. The 80 is done in the silver glitter paper, along the lace ribbon border I have put glitter circles to add a bit of bling.
