Something I have wanted to try..

I first saw this done on We Stamp for Lara last year, Nicole had done a tuturiol on it, Last month I got the lge flower die for the big shot, got hubby to cut up some cans and I made it.What do you think?
 I love it, think its cute and I sure will me making more of these.

I have been creating

While at Convention, I got some fabulous swaps that you saw, plus there were some great demonstrations on stage, well I have a list as long as my leg of all the ones I want to try... Here are some cards using these techniques, the pink at the back is bleaching technique, this was shown by Kirsty Brown, the one of the circles down the bottom is called inlaid embossing this was cased from a swap from Kim Gavarra, the ones of the birds I came up with myself they are also inlaid embossing, I have used these in a team swap that I am taking part in.

Each month a couple of demonstrators and myself get together to chat and create. When we got together in April, we had our children with us, some photo's were taken, and the challenge was "the next time we meet up we are to have a scrap page done of them", the other 2 ladies are scrapbookers and me well I am a beginner, however I took the challenge on board and with some help from a lovely customer/friend, Gail, I completed my page and I must say I am very happy with myself.
The photo below doesn't really do it justice, it looks heaps better in real life.

2nd June Class

Hi Everyone,
I will be running a 2nd card class for June, Making 6 cards 2 each of the 3 designs. 2 of the cards are cased from swaps I recieved at Convention, I have checked with the original owners Theresa and Marelle if it is ok to use them and a xmas one shown by a US demo, 2 of these sets are in the current Autumn/Winter mini which runs out at the end of July, Some new techniques will be learnt also. Hope you can make it..
Dates are Wed 22nd June 10am to 12
                 Wed 22nd June 7.30 to 9.30pm
                  Sat 25th June 2 to 4pm
Cost $15 everything included.

Yah its working...June classes
