Mother's Day

With Mother's Day just a matter of days away I thought I'd show you what I made my Mum. now she doesn't look at my blog so I Won't spoil the surprise. My parents live in Brissy, so I won't be spending time with them this weekend as Iam in Perth WA. My mum is currently in hospital as well due to a fall, no doubt she will get lots of yummy food in there, that she hasn't had to cook herself. Anyway she loves tea.. I had seen what I made by someone else on a grander scale and it looked heaps better with lots more tea, however I needed to make something that wasn't too big to send. in case you can't tell what it is its a Tea bag wreath, I am sure she will enjoy it when she gets home. I even made the flower in the middle.
Happy Mother's day to everyone.

A few weeks ago we went south to The Balinyup field day, it sure was lots of fun. I bought lots of goodies, my best buy was Shirley, she now has pride of place in our front garden. Now the photo I will include won't do her justice. She is made out of Colourbond. Hubby and I both love the Shaun the sheep and we were going to name her this however this sheep has the most incredible eyelashes and they curl up, so its now Shirley.
