Paper Party for New Demonstrators

Dates: 1-31 May 2012
Details: When a new demonstrator joins the Stampin' Up! family in May, she'll get FREE Designer Series Paper for the rest of 2012!
Plus, with our fully customisable Starter Kit for the new lower price of just $169, it's easier than ever for your new recruits to join Stampin' Up!
Things to Remember:

• The FREE monthly package of Designer Series Paper begins 1 June and ends 31 December 2012.
• Offer does not include Specialty Designer Series Paper.
• Free package of paper does not include tax or shipping.
• New demonstrator must redeem her free item on a demonstrator order. If a demonstrator chooses not to add any other items to her order besides the free Designer Series Paper, she will incur the minimum shipping charge.
• Demonstrator must remain active during incentive period (June -December 2012) to be eligible for free items.
• Demonstrator will be able to choose Designer Series Paper from future publications when they are released to the general public.

Fancy Folds class

This month I am running a Fancy Folds class as well as next week's Mother's Day Class. In this class we will be making 3 cards plus a box made out of a card. The 3 types are a Cascading card, a Scalloped Easel card and a Centre Step card.

               Sat 19th May 2 to 4pm
               Thurs 24th May 10am to 12
Cost: $15( $5 deposit required when you book in, this is non refundable, covers in case of cancellation, $10 then left to pay at class.) ( Includes all materials, tuition and light Refreshments)

We got a Wedding Invite in the mail, Sillly us didn't read the year correctly and thought it was this year and only 2 weeks away. So hurridly I borrowed a Wedding stamp set from a customer that was in the last mini and made a few cards. Lucky for me I am now organised with a card a year in Advance. How funny...

Mother's Day Class

Hi there Everyone, School holidays here..
Mother's Day class is coming up in the first week of May..
At this class we will be learning how to make a ribbon flower, 2 actually one to place on the front of the card and one on a covered notebook to match the card, we will also be using the delightful Mocha Dsp  the one with the raised velvety image( beautiful) we will also make a little box for a treat, be that choccy's, jewelry etc and a stamped tile/coaster.
Dates are Wed 2nd May 10am to 12
                Wed 2nd May 7.30 to 9.30pm
                 Sat 5th May 2 to 4pm
Cost; $15 (includes all materials, tuition and light refreshments)
When you book in a $5 deposit is required, this is non refundable in the case of cancellation. So on the day of the class you just pay the difference($10)

Hope you all had a lovely Easter Weekend, and didn't stuff yourselves too much with chocolate...
Today's card is one I made for Tahlia's prep teacher from Melb who became a Nanna for a 2nd time recently, I was given these little suits in a package from a Secret Sister a year or so ago and decided now was a good time to use them. I made an extra sample of this card for my stash too, to be able to show at workshops and classes. The little suits are actually from a roller stamp found on pg 54 of the current main catalogue.
I think it looks super cute...

Thankyou's to MIni Launch Attendees

Whenever I have a mini Launch or Catalogue Launch, I like to make my attendees something Special to take away with them, This time I made them a little bag made with 2 large framelits out of the current Autumn/Winter mini, Shelli did one of these at a US leadership conference, inside mine was a little snickers bar and a sample of the new Pleated Satin Ribbon found on pg12. Happy Easter Everyone.

April class - Embossing

In this month's class we will be doing 3 different types of embossing, different from what we have done in previous classes) This time round we will do 2 Faux tile cards, 2 gift cards using the new scented embossing powders and 2 sparkly ones using heat and stick and dazzling diamonds.

Lach's 14th Birthday card
